Double-Check Your Design!

Your artwork must be print-ready before submitting your order. What you send is exactly what will print — no adjustments, resizing, or color changes will be made on our end.

If your image doesn’t meet our specifications, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive store credit to try again. Save yourself the hassle and double-check your design before submitting!

What to Expect

• Roll Format: Your prints will arrive as a roll, not pre-cut. You’ll need to cut them yourself.
• No Refunds: Because this is a custom product, we cannot offer refunds for incorrectly formatted images.

Image Requirements

To create stunning prints, your artwork must meet the following criteria:

• Resolution: 300 DPI or higher (essential for sharp, clear printing).
• File Type: PNG with a transparent background.
• Orientation: Ensure your image is right-side up (not mirrored or reversed).

👉 Pro Tip: If you use an online DPI converter, double-check your image size. Many converters shrink your design, which can cause issues and lead to cancellation.
